Greenwich Time to Talk, which helps people with low mood and anxiety, holds free workshops to help you understand a range of common psychological difficulties and introduce simple techniques to help you manage them effectively. Topics include sleep, anxiety and stress.
Greenwich Time to Talk works with community groups and organisations, based in Greenwich, to meet particular needs.
