You’re invited to our Annual Members’ Meeting
It’s almost time for our Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) – and this year, we’re coming to you! Join us in person
in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich boroughs on:
Wednesday 18 October 2023

We’ll be visiting three venues throughout the day. Our AMM is your opportunity to hear what we have been doing during the past year and find out about our plans for the year ahead. We’ve lots to update you on and want to hear your views too, so in addition to presentations from our Board of Directors and Council of Governors, there will be an opportunity to ask questions, join discussions and feedback on our strategy and priorities.
At each location, you’ll be able to visit stalls run by local partner organisations.
If you would like to raise a question to our Board please send it to us in advance via email to:
oxl-tr.foundationtrust@nhs.net or call 0300 123 1541. The deadline for submitting questions is Friday 13 Oct 2023.
Please let us know if you plan to attend our AMM, and which event, either email: oxl-tr.foundationtrust@nhs.net
or call our membership line on 0300 123 1541 to let us know. A recording of one of the events will also be publicly available via our website shortly afterwards.
