Help us develop the next phase of our strategy
It’s time for us to think about our future and we’d love you to help shape our plans for the coming years.
Back in 2020, your ideas helped us to develop a new strategy for Oxleas. You said our priorities should be:
• working towards achieving zero delays against agreed waiting time targets
• delivering great out of hospital care
• making Oxleas a great place to work
We’re now reaching the end of the first phase of our strategy 2021-24. It’s time for us to take stock and gather your views to help us develop the next phase of our strategy 2024-27.
With your help, we want to be ambitious about how we improve the lives of our local people.
It’s important that we hear what you have to say and you can feedback to us in a number of ways.
Firstly, we will be holding strategy refresh table discussions which you can get involved in at each of our Annual Members’ Meetings on 18 October 2023.
